The service could be a bit better overall, but the housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance were helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with easy access to very cheap tapas bars offering great quality food. The dining experience, although they offered pre-packaged products which could be improved, was satisfactory. I found the facilities to be top-notch with everything I needed during my stay.
